This whole project too one afternoon, I think anyone could make some pretty good DIY record covers this way. Once you primered over the old covers you could paint them any color, then screen print or stencil on them. I think being able to make DIY covers like this is a solid option for bands not looking to do a huge pressing or to use up left over covers.
