For this limited reocord I saved all my used saw blades for just over 10 years. I cleaned them off by tumbling them in an upright concrete mixer full of sand. Then we glued a 7" to each side of the sawblades (a and b sides) carefully to center the hole so it would be playable.

A lot of people were skeptical about this one, but I've played it and it plays fine as long as your tonearm can angle up enough to deal with the extra thickness. There were only 50 of these (as we glued one blue vinyl 7" to each side) sold at Chicago Fest 2005.
